Bali Hotel Finder
All rates or other services, which are net, non-commissionable, inclusive of tax, service charge, and surcharges (if any), are quoted in US$ (United States Dollar). American Breakfast (ABF) or Continental Breakfast (CBF) and transfers are not included unless otherwise stated in the services. Exchange Rate Fluctuations
Difference in personal statement balances can occur and are due to the fluctuations with the Indonesian Rupiah and bank processing time. Bali Intaran.com can not hold the responsible for these differences.

Procedure of Reservation
No reservation will be proceed if we don't receive full credit card details. In the event of non-receipt, there will be notification that the reservation is incomplete. ou may choose to send either by facsimile or Email. Your reservation will be confirmed within two working days. If the room at your selected hotel is not available at the time, you will be notified by our staff an alternative hotel with similar features will be suggested to you or alternatively your request will be put on waiting list. If your hotel is not on our site, please supply us with details of the hotel and we can follow up for you. Minimum length of stay is required 2 (two) nights. Short notice of reservation will be handled according to room availability of the hotel. However, we shall normally require 14 (fourteen) days in advance. Please be aware on peak season e.g. millenium, reservation must be made far in advance to avoid inconvenience, minimum two months ahead is required.

Pro Forma Invoice
After having confirmed your reservation, break down of pro forma invoice is clearly stated and sent to you. All transaction will be converted into Rupiah and the exchange rate is based on the day of transaction. Since this transaction made through credit card, there is additional 4 % of bank fee and services of which charged to your credit card.

Terms of Payment
Payment for hotel charge or additional services will be debited to your credit card at the latest 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival (check in date at the hotel), 30 (thirty) days at a peak/high season. Confirmation Number
A notification of confirmation slip will be sent to you after payment has been done. Please print this confirmation slip and bring together with you and show to the receptionist of the hotel upon check in. Original voucher is directly sent by Bali Intaran Wahana Agung Tours & Travel to the respective hotel. Only service(s) stated on the confirmation slip will be on Bali Intaran Wahana Agung Tours & Travel’s account and other expenses is on your personal account.

Communication
As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication is not always reliable, please supply us.

Liability
Bali Intaran.com (Bali Intaran Wahana Agung Tours & Travel Ltd.) in cooperation with associated hotels and other partner business act only as agent for the respective hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who providing accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall Bali Intaran.com (Bali Intaran Wahana Agung Tours & Travel Ltd.) be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or hotels described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), overbooking, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other act not within the control of Bali Intaran.com (Bali Intaran Wahana Agung Tours & Travel Ltd.), or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or hotel herein. If any hotels and/or services are substituted, Bali Intaran.com (Bali Intaran Wahana Agung Tours & Travel Ltd.). at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted.
