Hotel

Rates
All rates quoted on our web site are for standard room accommodation (unless otherwise specified), single or double occupancy, include local tax and service charge. All rates are only applicable for USA and Europe market.

Hotel rates charged are those displayed on the Bali Intaran Tours web site valid for the period of your stay at the time you send your reservation to Bali Intaran Tours (validity dates refer to your stay and NOT to the date the reservation is made). Current rates are automatically recorded together with each reservation received by Bali Intaran Tours, and it is strongly recommended that you print a copy of your reservation for your own records.

Although all hotel rates in Bali are quoted in US dollars, in case of payment by credit card local regulations require that all charges are made in Indonesian Rupiah converted at the rate of exchange applied by Indonesian banks for selling US dollars on the day of the debit. Any subsequent refunds will be based on the amount and currency actually received by Bali Intaran Tours.

Although you may "lose" 3% to 5% or so because of these currency conversions, payment by credit card gives you valuable safeguards. In the unlikely case that anything should go wrong and you should have a justified claim, you can always request a refund through your credit card company. The fact that Bali Intaran Tours charges are processed by all major credit card companies demonstrates Bali Intaran Tours's good track record. All credit card issuers would refuse to do business with Bali Intaran Tours and/or any of its divisions if this would create any problem for them.

New: since early 1997, Bali Intaran Tours debits your MASTERCARD or VISA credit card overseas in US dollar to prevent losses because of the currency conversions from the quoted US dollar rate to Indonesian Rupiah and then back to US dollar or your home currency. This provides you with additional savings which no hotel or other agent in Bali can offer!.

Not included are international and domestic air transportation unless otherwise specified in the program description; transfers to and from the ship, hotel and meals ashore before and after the cruise; items purchased on board, bar charges, wine, telecommunication expenses, gratitude to the crew, as well as baggage, cancellation, and personal insurance (all of which are strongly recommended).


Reservations
Reservations are made subject to these Terms & Conditions. Sending in your reservation constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.


Payment Terms
Full credit card details have to be provided with your on-line booking. These can be either sent together with the on-line reservation form or by fax to +62-361 724128.

After Bali Intaran Tours has confirmed your reservation, the total cost of your reservation will be charged to your credit card and you will receive the official confirmation of your reservation from Bali Intaran Tours and you will receive the official confirmation of your reservation from Bali Intaran Tours.

Bank Tranfer
Payment can be done also by Bank Telegraphic Transfer (Bank Transfer) as long as your check-in date is beyond 45 days, but this transfer should be Full Amount, sender should be responsible for bank transfer fee and the correspondent (intermediary) bank charges. When you make an international bank (wire) transfer to our account, please use OUR (Full Amount) instruction method instead of SHA (Shared) or BEN (Beneficiary). Cancellations & Refunds
If you have to change your reservation, please inform Bali Intaran Tours as early as you can. Please note that acceptance of any change of your reservation is subject to availability of the accommodation booked, your hotel terms & conditions.


Extension Of Stay After Arrival
If a client wishes to extend his/her stay at the hotel reserved through Bali Intaran Tours after his/her arrival in Bali, neither Bali Intaran Tours nor the the hotel is under any obligation to apply the Bali Intaran Tours rate applicable to the original booking to any additional nights. However, Bali Intaran Tours will always try to obtain the most favourable rates for its guests. Please contact us by email or telephone +62-361 7980304.


Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. The cancellation cut off date of confirmed reservations is 21 days prior to arrival during the low season and 45 days prior to arrival during high / peak seasons (June-Sep, Dec-Jan). Cancellations made before the cut off date are subject to one night cancellation fee. Cancellation made on and after the cut off date will result in forfeiture of all payments received by Bali Intaran Tours.

However, if you just change the dates of your visit, Bali Intaran Tours will try to apply payments received to your new booking.

No refunds will be made if a booking should be only partly utilized, breakfast and/or other added values are not taken, or if transfers between airport and hotel and/or other services booked are not utilized.


Insurance
It is essential to take out comprehensive personal and baggage travel insurance to cover any eventuality, including charges arising should you have to cancel your travel plans.


Passports & Visas
Most nationals are granted two month, non-extendible visa upon arrival in Indonesia. Passports must be valid for 6 months after the date of entry. Please contact your nearest Indonesian consulate to confirm visa requirements.


Liability
Please read this important information carefully.

Bali Intaran Tours act as agent for the hotels, suppliers and/or contractors who are providing accommodations, transportation and services. Under no circumstances shall Bali Intaran Tours be responsible for any loss, expense, damage, claims or injury direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise whatsoever, however caused or incurred whether arising in contract or otherwise in law or equity as a result of rendering of the services or accommodations as described including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, as a result of any delay(s), substitution(s), rescheduling(s), over bookings, other inconveniences to the client, through acts of default of any company or person engaged in carrying out arrangements, or by reason of military action, acts of war, national disturbances, revolution or acts of God, or by any other act not within the control of Bali Intaran Tours, or by any agents, employees, subcontractors, servants or third parties whatsoever supplying any of the services or accommodations herein.

If any accommodations and/or services are substituted, Bali Intaran Tours at all times will act in good faith and use its best efforts to substitute with accommodations and/or services of a type comparable to those originally contracted. Bali Intaran Tours in their sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or services.
