Throughout the class you will be guided into the many secrets,
and flavors of Bali and at the same time.

You will enjoy your lessons  

The lesson will be hosted by Heinz von Holzen, author of the highly acclaimed cook book, The Food of Bali, You will not only discover the secrets of a traditional home, but you will also be taken to the markets, where you will purchase the ingredients for your class.

Kitchen Bali Style At the entrance of the restaurant, we have recreated an authentic Balinese kitchen, where we actually will conduct the class. Participants will have a chance to participate in the preparation of all dishes.

  07.10 AM : Visit Fish market
  08.00 AM : Departure for Bumbu Bali Restaurant
  08.30 AM : Breakfast at Bumbu Bali. Discussion of the day's programme.
  09.00 AM : Hand out of menu & recipes. Start with actual cooking.
  04.00 PM : Lunch. Debriefing and discussion of the day
  03.00 PM : Participants leave for their hotels
