Sea Cruises

Fares
All cruise fares are quoted in US Dollars per person on a twin sharing basis. Rates include all meals on board, and all shore excursions and other activities during the cruise, as described, as well as the services of on board staff and guides.

Not included are international and domestic air transportation unless otherwise specified in the program description; transfers to and from the ship, hotel and meals ashore before and after the cruise; items purchased on board, bar charges, wine, telecommunication expenses, gratitude to the crew, as well as baggage, cancellation, and personal insurance (all of which are strongly recommended).


Reservations
Reservations are made subject to these Terms & Conditions. Sending in your reservation constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions.


Payment Terms
Full credit card details have to be provided with your on-line booking. These can be either sent together with the on-line reservation form or by fax to +62-361 723990.

If we can confirm your reservation we will charge a deposit of 35% of the total Fare per person to your credit card and send you the official confirmation of your booking. The balance will be charged to your card 60 days before your departure.

Although all fares are quoted in US-Dollars, in case of payment by credit card local regulations require that these are charged to your card in Indonesian Rupiah converted at the rate of exchange applied by Indonesian banks for selling US Dollars on the day of the debit. In case of any subsequent refunds, these will be based on the amount and currency actually received.

Important: Additional charge 3.5% of total transaction will be applied to payment on Visa/ Master card and 4% on Amex for Bali Hai Cruise, Island Explorer, Bounty Cruises, Odyssey Submarine, Quick Silver and Lembongan Resorts transactions.


Bank Tranfer
Payment can be done also by Bank Telegraphic Transfer (Bank Transfer) but this transfer should be Full Amount, sender should be responsible for bank transfer fee and the correspondent (intermediary) bank charges. When you make an international bank (wire) transfer to our account, please use OUR (Full Amount) instruction method instead of SHA (Shared) or BEN (Beneficiary). Cancellations & Refunds
All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received prior to 120 days of departure are fully refunded less a 10% administrative fee from the total payment. Please note that within the 120 day limit all deposits and other payments are forfeited. If a cancellation occurs within 60 day before departure and full payment has not yet been received, the full payment will still have to be made and unpaid monies are due immediately. For these and other reasons mentioned below, you are strongly encouraged to obtain trip cancellation insurance. Prices quoted are based on group participation and no refunds will be made for any part of the program in which you choose not to participate.


Itinerary
The itineraries described are subject to change at the discretion of the ship's master. These are safaris to remote parts of the world and the operator reserves the right to change the itineraries due to weather conditions, availability of anchorages, political conditions, and other factors beyond his control, without consulting the participants. It is understood that such decisions will be made in the best interest of all passenger aboard and with regard of the safety of the vessel. Participants have no right to any refund or other considerations in the event of these sometimes necessary itinerary changes.


Exchange Rate
Rates are quoted in US Dollars and are based on current tariffs and exchange rates and are subject to change prior to departure. Substantial changes in tariffs, exchange rates, and the price of fuel, services, and labour sometimes increases the cost of expedition arrangements significantly, and the operator reserves the right to alter prices accordingly.


Insurance
It is essential to take out comprehensive personal and baggage travel insurance to cover any eventuality, including charges arising should you have to cancel your travel plans.


Passports & Visas
Most nationals are granted two month, non-extendible visa upon arrival in Indonesia. Passports must be valid for 6 months after the date of entry. Please contact your nearest Indonesian consulate to confirm visa requirements.


Health Notice
These cruises are for persons in reasonably good health without physical disabilities. By forwarding the Reservation Form the passenger certifies that he/she does not have any physical disabilities or other conditions that would create a hazard to themselves or to other passengers.


Clothing
Dress on board is very casual, and passengers are advised to dress modestly during village visits. For nature walks, bring several sets of long sleeve, lightweight shirts and long trousers. The tropical sun is intense so be sure to bring a hat and a pair of sunglasses.


Shoes
A comfortable pair of shoes for trekking is a must. We also recommend that you bring at least one pair of sport shoes that you won't mind getting wet for zodiac landings and exploring local reefs.


Responsibilities
Please read this important information carefully.

Bali Intaran Tours act as general sales agents for the vessel(s) and as such, exercises every possible care. However, Bali Intaran Tours, its subsidiaries and/or associated agents, shall not be held responsible for property loss or damage and/or any damages resulting from illness, personal injuries, or death which may be sustained by reason of, or while engaged on, any tour whether due to the ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control of any aircraft, helicopter, automobile, bicycle, boat, vehicle, hotel, common carrier, or any other conveyance used in carrying out these tours. We can assume no liability due to any cause whatsoever whether caused by failure or delay or other irregularity, acts, or omissions occuring during a tour under which the means of of transportation or other service provided thereby is offered or supplied by owners, operators, or public carriers for whom Bali Intaran Tours acts only as agent.

Bali Intaran Tours reserves the right (at their discretion) to alter or omit any part of the itinerary or change any reservation, feature and/or means of conveyance without notice and for any reason whatsoever and without allowance or refund and with extra costs, if any, resulting therefrom paid by the passengers. They reserve the right to cancel any tour prior to departure, in which case payment will be refunded without further obligation on their part.

Bali Intaran Tours shall not be responsible for any injury to person (whether or not resulting in death) or damage to property arising out of any act of war, insurrection, revolt or other civil uprising or military action occuring in the countries of origin, destination, or passage. Bali Intaran Tours strongly urges individual passengers to obtain such coverage. Baggage is at the owner's risk entirely. The transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not aboard their carriers or conveyances. The passenger contract in use by the carriers concerned (when issued) shall constitute the sole contract between the transportation companies and the purchaser of these tours and/or passage.

By forwarding a reservation, the passenger certifies that he/she does not have any mental, physical, or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for him/herself or other passengers. Bali Intaran Tours reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any person as a member of a tour at any time.
